Thrive Together Project Inc was born from lived experience.
We are founded by healthcare workers who have spent years working closely with some of society’s most vulnerable individuals such as people experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, and social exclusion. In hospitals, clinics, and community settings, we witnessed not just medical need, but deeper challenges that medicine alone could not solve.
